Sandy Jardine is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and Supervisor (approved by ICEEFT), and workshop leader, with 30 years’ experience working with individuals, couples, and groups.
She received her Masters in Counseling from the University of Arizona, graduating with honors. Since then, she has trained extensively with the leading couples counseling experts in the United States and Canada, including Drs. John and Julie Gottman, creators of Scientifically Based Marital Therapy and Dr. Ellyn Bader and Dr. Pete Pearson.
With this foundation, Jardine now studies with Dr. Sue Johnson, the creator and leading practitioner of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Jardine is designated as a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and Supervisor by the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (www.ICEEFT.com). She is one of a handful of therapists in Arizona to receive these designations.
She is committed to working with couples at all stages of relationship—including dating, premarital, marital, divorce and post divorce. She also helps individuals transform self defeating behaviors, reduce stress, learn to select an appropriate partner, resolve dating challenges, and cope with life transitions.
Jardine is currently in practice with her husband, Douglas.
