Chevy Chase is a comedian, actor, and orginial cast member of the television show Saturday Night Live. Though he was only part of SNL for one season, the skits he was in continue to be staples of the show.
Chevy Chase’s film credits include Caddyshack, National Lampoon’s Vacation, and Fletch. In 1976, he, along with other SNL cast members, won an emmy for Outstanding Writing in a Comedy-Variety or Music Series. In 1978, he won the same award for his work on The Paul Simon Special. Today, Chevy Chase can be seen in guest appearances on TV series’ Brothers & Sisters and Chuck.
