Melissa Fritchle received her Masters degree in Holistic Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and is licensed by the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Marriage and Family Therapist. She volunteered several years at both Hospice of Santa Cruz and Women’s Crisis Support/Defensa Des Mujeres. Additionally, she trained and interned at Process Therapy Institute in Los Gatos.
Fritchile is also a licensed JourneyDance instructor and leads movement exploration groups. She is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the International Association of Trauma Professionals. In addition to a practitioner, she is adjunct faculty for the Masters programs in Counseling Psychology, Holistic Specialization and Expressive Arts Specialization at John F. Kennedy University and Masters programs at Institute of Transpersonal Psychology.
